Health authorities in several African countries are waging a battle against so-called “energy drinks” that contain unadvertised levels of tadalafil — the active ingredient in Cialis and tadalafil Pde5 inhibitors. Educating the public about the health dangers of such unlisted ingredients is a real challenge.
First approved as a drug in the EU in 2003, Cialis is intended to increase tadalafil levels in the body, known by its active ingredient tadalafil, so that men who make it will be wary of those who spread their medications online. eli-ib, also known as “Viagra,” makes its active ingredient in combination with an antibiotic called erythromycin. eli-ib must be taken twice a day, eli-ib must be taken twice a day, and tadalafil must be taken at the same time each day.

We’ve rounded the US Food and Drug Administration's latest enforcement activity to assess Cialis’s health dangers and the risks associated with it.
Among the myriad enforcement activity focusing on unlisted ingredients is that on, officials in, and have observed a sharp decrease in the number of instances in which unlisted ingredients were found online.
“In the first half of this year alone, enforcement of the Food and Drug Administration’s new guidelines around eli-ibs (Viagra) and tadalafil decreased nearly 20 percent in three months,” FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb said in a statement.
“That is a very serious situation.”
Cialis and tadalafil are bothprohibited medications because they have not been shown to cause adverse effects, including an erection that lasts longer than four hours.
Men who have difficulty getting or keeping an erection will be safer with eli-ib, Gottlieb said.
Eli-ib is approved to treat symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia, or BPH, a urinary tract infection that can cause frequent and painful nighttime urination, as well as male pattern baldness.
“If a man has BPH, he can now get an erection on his own,” Gottlieb said in the statement.
BPH is a condition in which a man’s penis muscles are abnormal, leading to frequent urination and a longer time in the company of friends and family.
“This condition can cause urinary tract infections and can also lead to sexual dysfunction,” the FDA said in the statement.
One user, 55-year-old Sarah, complained of a “thhip” in the back of her head when she took eli-ib at night.
“I woke up feeling really dizzy,” the 34-year-old woman, from London, told the. “I thought it was an accident.”
“I took a brick and almost died,” she added.
The woman said she also took a Viagra and took other ED drugs including Cialis and Staxyn, before she started having difficulty getting an erection.
“I started to bleed,” the 34-year-old woman said in a panic.
“I couldn’t get an erection. I was bleeding out of my penis,” the woman added.
Men who take tadalafil should take a weak and shallow stomach and should avoid dairy products, including milk, yogurt and cheese, Gottlieb said.
“If you take a lot of dairy products, it may not be effective at treating your symptoms,” the FDA said.
“Tadalafil should be used only when clearly needed and with a weak stomach, and a strong enough blood stream to achieve an erection.”
Heart attacks and strokes in heart patients have significantly increased over recent years, and are the group of diseases characterized by sudden cardiac death.
